The Parque Guanajuato Bicentenario will be full of visitors furry, because this July 29, will inaugurate its area agility, a “gym” canine designed to encourage interaction between owners and their pets, as well as to improve the physical condition of the dogs.
This “gym” this is the first of its kind in the entity and to its opening will offer a series of scheduled activities including classes, basic obedience, sessions of agility for canines, talks about responsible ownership, workshops, socialization, and talks about the importance of sterilizing pets.
In addition, it will feature amenities such as costume contests, pool party and restaurant to the furry.
These activities are organized by the park administration and will be available on the 29 and 30 July and 5, 6, 12, and 13 August.
The use of the swimming pools and the zone agility is without cost, however, some activities will have to make a payment. Among the requirements for admission to the facilities are that they only receive the puppies over 4 months, dewormed, vaccinated and will always be with strap.
According to the park, one of the reasons for this new area in the Parque Guanajuato Bicentenario is because up to 40% of dogs living in cities suffer from obesity, according to the Association World Small Animal Veterinary.
The Parque Guanajuato Bicentenario is a complex cultural and recreational, between the municipalities of Silao and León, 14.5 hectares founded in 2010.
