The students of 5th year of the School St. Anthony of Padua carried out a project to collaborate with the Society for the protection of Animals and Plants.
The same consisted in giving lectures on the care of the animals and love for them, “as he left his legacy of St. Francis of Assisi”, they noted.
It was a food drive that culminated with a hike up to the Monument of the Animals located in the Plaza 9 de Julio, to then hand them over to the mentioned entity.
“We would like to thank professor Sara Petricorena, the director of the school and especially the students for such a praiseworthy attitude, example to follow for those who love animals,” said from the Society for the protection of Animals and Plants.
The young people were very happy with the activity, as well as by the various elements that managed to collect in the campaign. Also, are enthusiastic about the possibility of being able to disseminate guidelines for the care of the animals.
