Apani prompted a record – Journal The Sand of The Pampa

The Protective Association of Animals (Apani) of Santa Rosa presented today in the city Council of Santa Rosa with a draft ordinance that seeks to create a registry of dogs of large size. The tool must have information regarding how many dog breeds such as dogue, doberman and pitbull in the city, who are its owners and in what conditions they have.
“It seems to us important that the CD starts to work the problem. I am referring to the amount of dogs that die from dog attacks of large size that are on the road without any control. But not only dogs, but people who have been attacked. From this reality, we developed a draft that is a humble contribution,” said Rita Soublé, secretary of Apani.
The authorities of the Association gave a press conference yesterday afternoon at a café in central. Next to Soublé were Beatriz Llanzon, president; Paola Risso, prosecretaria; and Antonella Ingliso, protesorera.
“We asked the municipality to intervene anta the laziness and the irresponsibility of many owners who have these dogs on the loose. We know that many are trained for the attack and also we contemplate within the draft ordinance to be charged with a serious penalty. The municipality, as the entity state, has the role of ensuring the security of people and you have to set controls. When a pitbull attacks, kills,” he warned.
