NUEVO LAREDO.- The number of dogs up for adoption at protectors of animals has decreased, but the cup of dogs and cats in the street increased after the lean indication on the part of the Secretariat of Health of the prohibition of the sacrifice of the pets listed above.
The Association for the protection of Animals (APA), for his part, said he did not have an income of dogs or cats by the Centre anti-rabies, after which in July the order was issued of the same, which shall be aimed at organizations in pro of the animals.
“We have visited two times per week the Centre, anti-rabies, but we say they do not have dogs or cats that have been captured and are sent to the shelter,” said María Jiménez, president of the association in protection of the animals.
“These are awards very nice, and all that together you are going to invest in the partnership. Because puppies need daily food, to be vaccinated, some medications, in addition to articles of hygiene for the pets are in a healthy space…”, put forward Jimenez.
