The secretary of Environment of La Rioja, Santiago Azulay and the president of the Association for the protection of Animals, Silvia Meyer, made a criminal complaint against four men who caught a young puma and a mode of celebration, as exhibited in social networks as she lay dying.

The complaint is «for poaching, animal abuse and possession of weapons of war.»

These images were viral on the last weekend in different social networks and in them I saw a puppy puma dying, and four men celebrating and showing their prey bled.

The answers did not wait, and in the same networks receive all kinds of repudios and «escraches» to the images, originating in the department of la rioja to Chilecito.

Azulay said that the criminal complaint is «by poaching, animal abuse and possession of weapons of war,» and that condemned «these acts devoid of any trace of humanity that attack the integrity and dignity of animals», while Meyer explained that «the offence provides for a penalty of 10 days to one year in prison».

A copy like this one was murdered and the perpetrators could go to prison.

In both the prosecutor of the justice chileciteña, Diego Torres Pagnussat, stated to the local press, “from the office of the prosecutor we have already promoted action and we condemn this unfortunate fact”.

“The allegations were made and we will make contact with the cause, but from the office of the prosecutor we are already acting. There are regulatory, provincial and national protection of wildlife, are crimes that deserve imprisonment,” stressed Torres Pagnussat.
