Cd. Obregon.- The high temperatures and recent rains that have been registered, affecting the pets whose owners have to the weather.
As was announced by Luz Esther Salazar Leon, president of the Association for the protection of Animals, noting that in recent weeks have received complaints for animal abuse, of neighbors, who accused owners of dogs not to have them in proper conditions and exposed to the rains and the heat.
«To address these allegations, we accompany municipal police, and urge the owners of these animals to improve the condition in which found and also given a fine of one thousand or two thousand pesos,» he said.
Salazar, also highlighted that we have come complaints for animal abuse where pets are being abandoned in homes or businesses, whose owners remain tied only to «scare» those who would like to get to steal.
