The humane society in Washington D. C. on Friday announced that it managed to find a new home to one of its larger residents.
It is “Symba”, a cat that weighs 35 pounds.
The feline was picked up by the group after having been given up for adoption in New York.
Symba, 6 years old, lost his home when his owner was moved to an asylum for the elderly.
According to the organization, the cat is about 15 pounds above your “ideal weight”, but expected to soon be put in the form.
The animal shelter posted a video that shows the mascot exercising on a treadmill, but by the pictures it seems that Symba is not too much exercise.
