Lima: NGO complaint that inspectors were removed from pets | The … – Trade

The members of an NGO for the protection of animals reported that five days ago the Municipality of Lima took with deceit 21 cats and dogs that they protect, and from that day know nothing of the animals.

The representative of the NGO Ecosocial, Klisman Lopez, told Pedro Pizarro, the area of Inspection and Control, offered to put in a safe place to pets, but failed to report up to the time of the whereabouts of the animals, according to Good morning Peru.

For his part, the manager of control of the Municipality of Lima, Cristian Rosenthal, stated that the pets are in a good state, however, indicated that they proposed to the NGO the return of their animals, but this was not accepted.
