Tolcayuca.- Yesterday morning, in the sala de cabildo de Tolcayuca conducted an assembly where they discussed topics to resolve the problem of stray dogs and animal abuse that exists in the municipality.
It was proposed the realization of talks, aimed at the population, on issues of sterilization, care of pets and other needs of the animals, but, above all, raise awareness among people about the responsibility that comes with having any animal in their charge.
The meeting was headed by Yoltic Andrade Muñoz, coordinator of control and animal health city; Dolores García Domínguez and Minerva Jimenez Lopez, representatives of the committee on health and sanitation municipal; and Artemio Juarez Romero, the representative of the commission of ecology and environment.
Also present were Andrea Cabrera Hernandez, Hidalith Rivero Mendoza, Jannet Mendoza Lopez, Yazmin Orozco Reyes and Brenda Perez, all protective of animals in Tolcayuca.
“We seek instead to create a center of health and animal control municipal, which seeks to offer the services of sterilizations, low cost veterinary consultations, vaccinations, low-cost and perform croquetones,” said Andrade Muñoz.
The protective suggested that we create a page of Facebook dedicated to spreading the campaigns, as well as a celebration to raise funds for the health center and animal control municipal.
