In his speech, Alcira Bustos emphasized that «this is one of the tasks teachers of PASA, the promotion of human values, as we do in this act through the delivery of diplomas of honor, is in principle a form of incentive for the present generation and then a legacy and a path to follow for future generations. Among those values, compassion for the human beings to empathize not only with our fellow human beings, but also with living beings of other species. And that way, to respect them and care for them, to honor the life,» he said.

The association, which next year marks 60 years, recognized “The New.” by «the space that makes it time goes to the animals in adoption, by which we have been able to finalize many adoptions of animals in the street, and many others that had been lost were able to be reunited with their owners, which is in addition to the efforts of the volunteers who are in the topic. This shows that when different social actors involved, we unite in a common cause, the accomplishments are greater.»
