The Protective Association of Animals, TAC, Protection of the Environment, filed a complaint with the State Attorney General’s office (FGE) for animal abuse against an inhabitant of the colony Springs, in Tehuacán, then that pointed out by his neighbors to burn alive a cow at his home.

The also a member of TAC, Patricia Aguilar, said that the abuse towards animals is an issue daily, as it is estimated to be between 3 and 5 attacks, with no complaints.
He explained that this agency has four folders of research for animal abuse. Including one for the theft of a dog, another by a can macheteado and the last is the cow, which by means of expert know if she was alive at the time of being burned.
