As part of the celebrations for the Day of the Veterinarian in Nogales, the Northwest Association of Sonora celebrates its Cultural Week, which concludes next Thursday, the 17th, when we celebrated the specialists in animal health.
The veterinarian zootechnician Gilberto Romero Rodríguez, explained that, during the period of the 10th to the 17th of August, those who make up this group cover a diverse range of topics related to the care, holding, and the health of the animals, in various media.
“This is to give a message to the entire community, all veterinarians in the city, we participate with a topic of great importance to the care of the pets, we claim that the level of culture of the people to rise, because it is very necessary and to improve the quality of life of pets,” he explained.
Asked to the owners of dogs, cats and any domesticated animal, that, before any question and doubt, approach a veterinarian you trust for information, and that the four-legged friends are much better.
During this Cultural Week Veterinary, which leads into editing the name of “MVZ Daniel Quezada Carrasco”, the specialists in animal health cover a diverse range of topics such as the importance of the sterilization of pets.
Also on the Ehrlichiosis canine, the importance of preventive medicine, professional ethics of the MVZ, myths and realities of our pets, the importance of the Office of Animal Control, and Ethology.
Some other local vets deal with topics such as zoonotic diseases, more common, animal abuse, dentistry, canine, owners responsible, the summer and the pets, viral diseases most common in dogs, genetic quality with the advantages and disadvantages of a purebred dog, as well as recommendations before you acquire any pet.
